how do you select seats thru "manage bookings"?

What if we did go through an agency? I've booked my flight from my AMEX Plat Edge card, do I now need to call AMEX back to select seats? Could I call the Velocity Gold number instead?

I had far more luck with velocity ...

Thanks for that serfty, I'll give them a call once I get inside the 14 day windows and hopefully secure myself a row 3 seat.
