How far in advance can I redeem Velocity points for an international flight

Does anyone know?

I can’t find anything on the Virgin website but it looks like I can only book flights using points until the 29 October. when are they released?

I have platinum status which has been extended to late October so I am looking at the period after that. I’m not sure if that makes a difference.

I can book through to the 7th Feb - so it feels like 330 days or thereabouts?

The daily direct SYD-YVR seem to dry up at the end of October. From November I can only see the once per week BNE-YVR flight on Thursdays

Weird. I still can’t see anything from Sydney after the end of October but can see flights everyday in November from Brisbane until the 24th. Yet you are only seeing flights once a week.

Definitely a glitch in the system.
If you click on the calendar it shows no availability in November but if you put in the individual days in November it will show availability for that day only and nothing for other days in that week. All from BNE

This weirdness is exactly what I’m getting trying to redeem points for Delta flights to LAX for dates after the partnership ends. Some available, some not. I figured it was specific to the Delta partnership ending. Guess not!
