How long do points/SCs take to credit?

+1. My sample size is only 2 flights, but my flights (activity date according to website) were on 15th and 17th whilst processing dates were 17th Nov and 19th respectively. They were showing when I checked on 21st (AM).

Same for me, both 21st and 22nd flights came through on 24th.

Not expecting to see the double SC's until after the promo period

I may be wrong, but I think my double credits were included, otherwise I don't see how a saver and a flexi SYD - MEL would get me 60 SCs?

Requested missing points 12 weeks ago, still haven't shown up.

Not booking any Virgin flights till they do.

I don't fly particularly regularly, but got travel (recently) booked for January and February, and again in March.... would have probably given Virgin a February booking, but.

Just as an update, points and SCs from my two flights last Saturday (19th) finally credited overnight...

Three of my four flights for last weekend have now posted. I obviously teleported from MEL to CBR and forgot that I had done so :!:

Usually very quickly for me as in within a day or two. My flight yesterday morning is already credited but the flight yesterday afternoon not yet.

All flights for last weekend have shown up for me now :)

Got my partner points and status (delta) before the V A points, which by the way have still not shown up.

Crediting of points & SC's on VA flight numbers operated by partner airlines

Recently did the following itinerary:

27/11 SYD-LAX VA (points/SCs posted)
27/11 LAX-JFK VA flight #/DL operated (points/SCs not yet posted)
03/12 JFK-LAX DL flight (points/SCs posted)
03/12 LAX-HNL DL flight (points/SCs posted)
10/12 HNL-SYD VA flight #/HA operated (points/SCs not yet posted)

Of the above sectors, it may be a bit too soon for the points & SCs to post for HNL-SYD sector.

I am beginning to suspect that when flying on a VA code-share flight number operated by a partner airline, there is an issue in getting points & SC's posted. Exactly the same thing happened to me when I did a LAX-JFK sector in August on a VA flt # operated by DL which took me a month to get my points & SC's posted.

After ringing Velocity & speaking to the Platinum agent I was advised to send an email to the Platinum email address for a retro miles claim.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

My HNL-SYD flight on HA posted today with bonus points, SC's & eligible sector.

My comment about being credited for VA code-share flight numbers operated by a partner airline may only apply to those flights operated by Delta. As I mentioned, the exact same thing happened to me on a delta operated LAX-JFK flight last August.

Re: Crediting of points & SC's on VA flight numbers operated by partner airlines

Itinerary
12/11/12 BNE-LAX VA - (Operated by VA) - points/SC posted
12/11/12 LAX-CVG VA - (Operated by Delta) - No points/SC posted
28/11/12 CVG-LAX VA - (Operated by Delta) - No points/SC posted
28/11/12 LAX-SYD VA - (Operated by Delta) - No points/SC posted
30/11/12 SYD-BNE VA - (Operated by VA) - No points/SC posted

All travel classes booked showed as elligible for points & SC in respective FF prog rules, but no movement yet. This seems lengthy, anyone else been held by slow issuance of late?

Ordinarily, Delta points have come thru very efficiently in the past. This one has me flummoxed. I have queried the missing points & SC with VA Platinum query service but, two weeks hence, still waiting.

Yes, am experiencing the very same. Did MEL to ATL (via LAX) where MEL-LAX legs were on VA metal, but ticket was issued on DL (was $3K cheaper for J).

DL legs from LAX to ATL return have credited, still waiting for the MEL-LAX legs to credit. Have called Velocity, emailed them details and received a reply stating it could take 4-8 weeks!!
