How long do points take to transfer to Qantas?

I'm 1,300 points short of a short-notice trip to Chile. I just transferred 2K point from AmEx to Qantas at 5.00pm tonight (Friday), but I'm worried this might take a few days and I'll lose availability. How long do these things normally take?

Past experience is around 24 hours - including weekends.
