I had a LAN flight from Lima to Cuzco on monday, and the points still haven't posted to my account. Does anyone have any experience of how long these things take to post?

I flew LAN last year and had great trouble getting my points and SC credited, the missing points cliam kept coming back unsuccessfully and I contacted QFF help desk who said I needed the BP, which I had not kept. Eventually LAN got back to me and suggested I can use LAN website view eticket (PM me if you need the link) to show proof of the flight, I did this submited to Qantas once again and finally got the credit.
Somewhere along the line it was told to me that the LAN system is/was being upgraded and therefore the points from LAN -> Qantas will never get automatically credited not sure if this is the case but I would start by submitting a missing points cliam on the QFF site.
