I'm having a seniors moment - how long does it typically take for Qantas to credit points earnt from booking hotels on the QF website? First stay was early April but no points seen yet.

Just found this when trying to claim the points - might be waiting a while yet...

Have 2 stays coming up that will give me 30,000+ points, enough to get me over the line for PC+.
Issue is anniversary date is 30 June and last stay is 20 June knowing points usually post 4/52 later.
Emailed FF and they can manually credit as long as hotel does whatever it needs to do.
Any experience with getting points in 10 days?

Cant imagine there being much involved on the hotels side, I'd pressure qantas if it's cutting it close

Cheers - I might have to do the Claim Missing Points thing then!
How have you gone with your missing points @RSD ?

I'm looking to attain PC+ by 30 June.

We arrived home Friday, I have emailed QFF with booking confirmations, tax invoices and proof of stay ie room service spends. Auto reply with reference number.
Followed up with a phone call this morning.
Agent was helpful and has "guaranteed" that once the points are awarded in 6/8 weeks they WILL be backdated to date of checkout and I will attain PC+.

Not sure if this is correct but she said I will get an email to this effect later today......so I will wait for that.

I've received some but not others - I do need to give them a ring and chase them up. Was it the Qantas hotels number that you rang?

No. I spoke to them before we travelled and they referred me to QFF.

I called the Frequent Flyer number listed on their email 131131 at 9.20 this morning.
Got through within 2 minutes as SG

Good luck @RSD

Update :
Email received stating points will take 6/8 weeks from stay and they are bound by T's & C's. But, they will be backdated to date of check in - I live in hope!
So it seems it is accrual date not posted date.
From T's and C's

Update: All hotel stays have now been posted 4 weeks from check out date with accrual date being check in date.
PC+ attained and 100 SC's posted this morning
4 weeks from checkout hey ?

I stand corrected
Not for me
22 June is now over 30 days away

UPDATE
This first booking has landed today sometime before 2200 Germany time (that’s 6am Sydney time - Sunday 21 July). and dated on checkin date 21 June (coulda been affected by the global outage)

However my second booking checkout was 26 June
So a few days away

Then I got 3 weeks of bookings done on a drip feed basis - on the morning of or at most 1-2 days ahead )

I’m in Spain on 23rd for many weeks so will have a chance to catch my breathe and work out what’s credited or hasn’t

The bookings for July (3 weeks in Eastern Europe) have started to land about the 30 days after marker

However
Two single day bookings in late June in Athens plus one 4 day booking in Paris have failed to materialise…

Being overseas until mid-September I’m not able to phone to chase up. Normally I would not call up anyway as I really HATE the delays and whatever. All of this ought be able to be done digitally anyway without needing to “speak with some random call centre operator who happens to be offshore. LTG doesn’t come soon enough

Is it worth your time and energy to email frequent_flyer @CaptJCool ?
Yes
Eventually

Depends if I prefer to spend points on fares (30,000 per J seat) or cash
As I’m in need of the “missing” 3,500 points to make up the 3rd lot of 30,000, And if flight schedules can get me into various cities at a sane hour.
