How long for VA credits / points to appear after flight

Sadly my Nov 1 flight hasn't posted yet!

Mine from the 1st still haven't landed. Was for double status credits too.

Waiting for 06 November flight to credit. Could members please advise whether they have had flights taken since 01 November 18 credited? Could you please tell us when your points were credited and for what route?

Velocity Frequent Flyer could you please tell us whether crediting is generally delayed (for all flights on particular days etc) or are there specific flights that have been missed?

My flights credited the day after I filed a missing points request. Don't wait the 14 days, just submit immediately.

Yep

That's the only way with VA .... Unfortunately with partner flights you need to wait for the 14days

Mine landed overnight from Syd-Per from 1st Nov however only 795 points hit my account. Flew on an elevate fare as VA platinum.

The system does not calculate fares correctly as per the terms and conditions 5X$$ + status bonus where valid.

It takes the whole ticket value eg PER SYD $200 + SYD PER $500 = $700 total .... it then will calculate each segment at $350 .. this is very poor form where you have a mixed booking and status and one is a getaway fare.

if you have the time .. look back at your old bookings and email them all the errors and they will credit the additional points

Fiancee and I flew Sydney-Christchurch return on the 1st - 6th November and have yet to have any of the flights credited.

Kind of concerned as we have flights two days before the review date that will push us over the Gold status retain figure - I assume (hope) even if these take the full two weeks to post we will still be alright?

Given the 'retain', you should be ok.

I'm watching for some Saturday flights to post ...

So flew on 9th Nov, and used the fly ahead to travel on an earlier flight.
Submitted claim this morning, and i get a message stating, i failed to show for that flight it took. I then tried to submit for the flight i was originally booked on, but says invalid.
Will call VFF when i have a chance.

Status credits/points still haven't shown for flights on 1-3 Nov time to put in a missing claim I'll let you know how I go, frustrating its back to this.

Nothing credited from 1/11, 6/11 or 12/11 for me (and wife for 1/11 and 6/11). The points upgrade points were taken out immediately, just nothing from flying yet. Pretty slow!

I’ve just been on the phone to VFF regarding some missing points/status credits after flying 2 sectors with Etihad (had my VFF attached to the booking).
Waited about 3 weeks before I put in a claim online, which was unsuccessful — stating that the points had already been credited. No points as yet.
A couple of weeks later and I’ve just called to file a claim, operator agreed they should’ve been credited and asked if I’ve a frequent flyer account with Etihad (I don’t). So they will escalate the claim and I might see something in 4-6 weeks time.
Hopefully my upcoming flights will credit a bit faster!!

I filed a claim and did get my credits from 1/11 the next day. Not sure if it was just a coincidence but it seemed to work, while others are still waiting. I'm also still waiting for flights from 4/11 (same booking), which I didn't submit for.
