I was also told this today and had my points and status credits manually added by the agent. The missing points claim function on website would not accept my info!I just called up and the agent said its a known issue that has been escalated to resolution, any flight from Nov 1 til today, points are due to appear in the next 3-7 days (for my flight which was on the 7th), though it will be quicker to do missing point claim in my opinion.

Yeah, I had the same problem with my missing points claim - told me "Accrual record already Processed". My flights from 3/11 posted yesterday so I'm hoping my flights from 4/11 will post today...

I got the same message when I tried to claim. I don’t suppose there’s much point in ringing Velocity.Missing three Nov flights myself. Tried to claim oldest (after 2wks) and system said it had already been processed.
Must be going to ‘Junk Folder’.....
