I think sometimes things are just jinxed . I had a problem when I needed to add on a sector for an award ticket for Ms FM and her husband, it needed to be reticketed because of this and a few $ extra taken in taxes. I must have phoned 5 times over a period of 8 months. Every time I phoned I got the same story that the card details hadn't been taken correctly for the taxes! I kept on giving them again, waiting for them to ticket and then after a couple of months phoning again. Eventually I pulled the honeymoon card and the phone agent promised to sort it out, so there would be no problems with their honeymoon and that seemed to work .
