How many gadgets do you carry on a trip?

somewhat of a comprimise, but I often take a light durable cloth or otherwise collapsable duffle bag on long international journies.

Travel out with it collapsed in carry on; on return as checked luggage filled with soft unbreakable stuff (e.g. clothing, clean or otherwise).

Almost Always:
-Laptop (with all necessary files stored on it)
-Hardcopies of essential Documents
-1.44Mbyte Floppy Disc
-Book to read
-Camera

-Universal Adaptor
-110/240V travel Iron
-Collapsable bag
-Accessory kit bag Containing:
- Universal Tool kit (knife, Screwdrivers, Pliers, Scissors etc)*
- Corkscrew 8) *
- Braun Alarm Clock/Torch combination with Wave activated Snooze
- Bottle resealer/Bung
- Beach Towel (Doubles as Ironing board and as padding in suit case)*

yeah, we can do ethernet over Wireless (IEEE802.11), and we can do power over ethernet (IEEE802.1af), so why not combine the two and have power over wireless?
