Hi All,

Anyone tried to use QF points book a China Eastern flight? According to QF website, QF seats could be used to redeem MU flights. However, when I called QF to make a booking. We looked more than 100+ MU flights, domestic/international, different route, different dates, different class, none of them has any availability, no MU seats available for redemation at all. However, when I am checkin expertflyer.com and ceair.com, plenty of award seats available, everyday, many flight, all classes. But QF op just keep telling me there is no award seats available.

Anyone knows how to book MU flights?

Thanks

Yes it works before, one couldn't find any seat but the other seems knows another way to look at the seat. But recently seems none of them knows how to look at it. I tried a couple of times, once I asked to speak to duty manager and the gent their replied: Yes, I am the manager on duty.....

How many QF operators picking up phone calls at the same time?

Hang Up And Call Again. Sometimes you just get the wrong person on the other end.
