How to Renew/Change my CC details in LifeMiles (Replace Expired CC - Not accepting new Numbers)?

Can someone please help me, I would like to know how I can renew/change my credit card details for Lifemiles to replace an expired c/card ? not accepting new numbers ???

Not sure you can delete the old card but you can add a new one....I have 3 on my account
..2 are expired and one is valid

We have been able to delete the expired card but won't accept a new cards details ???? Are u replying from Australia ? I think there's a glitch on Lifemiles website...cant add the new credit card ???
