With regard to the Gx (eg. G1, G2 etc.) offer codes, must they be entered at the time of reservation or can they be added later, such as through phone reservations?

Yes you can easily request these bonus offers on existing bookings via phone or by emailing GPP - they have always happily added them . They will usually send a confirmation email as well so on the odd chance you don't receive them from the hotel just forward the email and points you shall receive!

Thanks, esquire. I phoned the Australian 13 number and added the relevant codes to two existing reservations (Hyatt on the Bund Shanghai and Hyatt Regency Perth) without issue. No confirmation email but I made a record of the gentleman's name and the time of my call.

Interestingly, the Gx bonus points have never posted by themselves for me. Always had to follow up (and more generally Perth stays have always had to be followed up)
