And you have an Accountant? Best you talk to him and garner his opinion as to how funds flowing into a business account will be viewed by ATO
There is nothing terribly complicated about this nor anything to be concerned about how the ATO would view it. The transactions are simply accounted for as a owners contribution/withdrawal.
