I have Qantas Points and Velocity Points..is there any way to redeem an award ticket on Bangkok air

I need to fly from Bangkok to Male (MLE) and was hoping to redeem an econ or business seat x 2 on Bangkok airways.
I don't think they are a partner in my programs, is there any other way ?

I don't think it will be possible with Qantas or Velocity points.

If you don't mind one-stop options, then you could fly UL via CMB (using QF points) or SQ via SIN (using Velocity).
