IB Seat selection

Has anyone been able to do advance seat selection on IB? For March next year I'm able to preselect for QF BA and AA, but not IB.

I was able to do so with a LONE4 18 months ago using Qantas.com/yourbooking ...

Hmm. All I get is a choice of aisle and window. Changed the flights to the BA codeshare but no difference - in fact the Qantas site will not allow me to select any BA seat. I can select the BA metal seats on the BA site but again, no choice on the codeshares.

It's a bit vague now but ISTR getting the IB booking reference - look at classic.checkmytrip.com.

Sometimes yes, but it seems where the config hasn't been finalised you get aisle/window only. BA is the same. I assume it relates to the variable config of J if they haven't set a final number of J seats (for BA at least).
