Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Just wanted to let y'all know I didn't have any luck with the above strategy. Although the lady on the phone tried a few different ways to help me, she ultimately said she couldn't help because the system was automated.

I may or may not consider staying with IHG.

Only just checked after my stay about a month ago. Nice start but don't know how many more I'll get:

I'vr had literally about 8 reminder emails in the last week.

They really want me to earn points!

I'm only one night stay booked via IHG App away from about 30k bonus points (4800 for 2x App bookings - 1 complete) and 24,800 Achievement Bonus. Plus any points for the stay.

Probably won't have a work trip before the end of April but I can get a room at the HI Potts Point for A$149 (very close to work).

The perennial question - would a mattress run be worth it?

I think that works out cheaper than purchasing points using "both" methods (official method has a 60% bonus at the moment and something like US$287!).

The equivalent cost of a 30k points night stay in the US would be a lot more than A$149?

I'm a bit late to this thread. This is what I had

Stay once get 5,000
Stay 5 nights get 10,000
Bonus weekend stay get 6,000
Member exclusive rate get 6,000
Achievement bonus 23,000

I completed the first 3 with 5 nights on a recent trip to MNL and BKK. Was a nice little 44K points and now suddenly find myself with over 100K points that I need to work out the best thing to use them for
