I'm in the QF Lounge thread

In the MEL QP. It was a zoo about an hour ago but it’s calmed down now. The hot food item is a surprisingly decent pasta!

Syd was the same today in dom J. Glad my meeting ran late and I only had 5 mins in J lounge as I struggled to find anywhere to put my bags while I used the bathroom and grabbed one drink before boarding. Flight landed early which is welcome

@bundybear just left on QF1906, may have been in QP
Ah!! So it was him! I thought I saw @Bundy Bear at the CBR J as I walked in. But I wasn't sure. And I was on a phone call, so couldn't do much.

I tried to get on the QF1906, but was told no more seats left. Now, hoping the QF1910 makes it on time to BNE.

LAX F lounge rather nice this evening. Not too busy, was taken to the P1 dining section and offered a very elegant Chardonnay that they had set aside for P1 and CL, ordered Reuben sandwich (pretty good), had a shower - large very clean facility. All in all a decent lounge experience tonight…. On a less bright note the prospect of QF96 now looms in less than an hour …..

This might be the wrong thread, but my partner is flying QF SYD-ADL tomorrow evening but it's on a CX flight number. She's having trouble linking the pass - is it possible at all to show the pass on her phone at the SYD Qantas Club lounge to get access or it won't work like that?

Sadly no. Can only link to a QF/JQ flight number and the passes are registered in their system. You could only do this back in the days when th passes were paper ones.

I heard someone that could have been you but then wasn’t sure where you got to,
There was likely a seat in 10F
There was 5 left when i shifted to that flight.

I was meant to be on this flight but it broke down.

Ah I see its a 332 which explains a bit. Gah
332 that changed to 333 the night before (i watched my seat disappear). Then they tried to swap it back to 332 in the gate next door that was supposed to run to PER (swapped the PER flight to 737 I'm guessing). That was also having mechanical issues.

330s in Question
a330-200 VH-EBA
A330-300 VH-QPC

So whichever Int'l flights they were scheduled for will also be delayed I guess.

For 8 months first I thought this thread was about posting foodie pics as per title...Oh wait I am seeing things, call me delusional but this thread is freaking fantastic!

In QP at OOL, lives up to it's reputation. But do have to say it is better than TSV and staff very pleasant.
Apologies, unable to guest as have Flyfrequently offspring with us.
