In ear Noise cancelling earphones

I bought the Panasonic RP-HC55 after I broke my sennheiser. The Pana earplugs have great sound blocking and reduction. Only issues are that I have to take them out (not just reduce volume) to talk to a hostie, the cords are short so I have to hang on my shirt and after a while they can get a little uncomfortable although I have the largest plug attached. They rated high in choice magazine
 
Well the Sonys arrived today just in time for my trip to SYD tomorrow.

So I will report back on my thoughts.

Also impressed with the speed of the delivery - less than a week. Although the Award store still shoes them as waiting to be packed for delivery!!
