Received 16 for Dec. I calculated about 8.

Did everyone get the DSC promo? I thought that was only if you had auto pts transfer turned on? Or was that the 4x promo peeps are mentioning?

It was 2x if you didn't have auto transfer and 4x if you had auto transfer.
I turned auto transfer on in early December and spent >$600 in Coles so I was expecting 24 SCs but got 30 SCs.

After several emails to FlyBuys about receiving x2 instead of x4 SC, they have predictably told me to contact Velocity instead. What are the odds that Velocity then tell me to contact FB?

Anyway I quickly turned off auto transfer and was then offer 300 Velocity points and 300 flybuy points to turn it back on.

I received the 300 velocity points but yet to receive 300 Flybuys. Not worth following up...

Thanks to everyone who posted this tip. I’d had auto transfer on for a while. Turned it off a week or so ago and got this offer. There’s a mismatch between the body text, which says “when you turn Auto Transfer back on” and the fine print, which says “Offer only available to members who will opt into Auto Transfer for the first time during the promotion period.”

But anyway, the 500 bonus Velocity points posted with the first auto transfer; no 500 Flybuys yet, although it does also say you have to keep auto transfer on until 28/2, so maybe they’ll post at the end of the month. I’ll wait out the offer period and turn it off again. Rinse and repeat, hopefully…

You didn't get them on 31 Jan...that is the activity date, not the process date.

Also nothing for January for me. I am wondering seeing as I think I received more than I should've for November (2 transactions) that they are doing some sums themselves??

That doesn't apply to me. I didn't do autotransfer, so (when November finally arrived) I got the 2x that I should have.

The consensus earlier was Nov was missing LL spend and the second entry corrected that but the 1st entry is still there.

Dec was a single entry x2 SCs.

You're right, sorry. I misremembered. November was very late but December had the double. I got the expected quantity in both cases.

I haven't received my Jan status credits either. Seems to be later than usual for processing. Also my VA app on my iPhone decided after November that it can no longer show my activity feed. I have to use the website now to view that. I've flagged it to the twitter team (as an aside to another query) and they said they were going to pass it on to their app team.

The app thing has certainly happened to me in the past although it seems to be okay at the moment.

The Velocity app doesn't have than problem for me though.

I'm not gertting that problem, though I am having to log in every time I open the app in order to see them.
