Based on this thread, I'm pleased I never calculate my status credit requirements inclusive of those from Flybuys and my zero attention to them posting.

It seems a painful waiting game monthly.

Contacted the Flybuys Service Centre who advised that there was an issue between Velocity and Flybuys, which she believed had been resolved.
She was sending an internal email to query the lack of Feb SCs on my behalf.
Will wait and see

I'm in two minds about whether to contact them. I incorrectly received 40 SCs for January so I'm still way ahead even if I get 0 for February. And if I query February I'm worried that they'll discover and correct the January error which was an error in my favour...

...every time this delay happens now I wonder if they ARE correcting the errors from previous months.

Good theory, but based on sample size n=1, my previous earn to date is correct AND this one is late...
