I'm still waiting for points to make their way over. My FB account has been sitting on auto-redeem for a couple of months, 50k points ready to transfer but nothing yet. How often does the auto-transfer activate?

Had a similar issue.
Was told to switch off auto transfer then switch back on.
Auto transfer worked after that.

Contacted the Flybuys Service Centre who advised that there was an issue between Velocity and Flybuys, which she believed had been resolved.
She was sending an internal email to query the lack of Feb SCs on my behalf.
Will wait and see

Unfortunately no Feb SCS for me as yet
A message was left on my phone to the effect that Flybuys are still investigating.

I raised a ticket with flybuys online and was told to speak to VA.
I had also already spoken to VA as I have been chasing a missing flight - the lady I spoke to said velocity were aware of the non posting of a large number of members SCs in February and were working on rectifying it and to keep an eye on the account.

Yeah. You do wonder what horribly convoluted manual process they must have for this. Presumably a bunch of Excel spreadsheets held together with sticky tape and bits of string…
