**Insert Month here** Coles status credits Late?

... (As it likely would be for many who had their status extended last year.)

Why is that?

At the grave risk of earning an  , sorry, still not clear. I've only ever done FlyBuys since I was a VA Plat, so don't know if it changes with status. Does the earn change with status? I looked at 'Partner benefits and it just says 1SC for every $100 spent.

There is no variance with status. Aside from any bonus promotions, Velocity members can earn up to 10SC per month though FlyBuys irrespective of any VA elite level they may hold.

Those like myself who's status was extended last year to February 28th 2023 had until that date to requalify. For those that did requalify, they likely did without consideration for the 10 or so SC's that might post for 28th February.

My new requalification 365 day period commenced March 1st 2023, so these February SC's have no bearing on extending status beyond Feb 28th 2024 while those posting for March 31st 2023 would.

Ah, getcha, thanks. The penny drops!

Yeah. You do wonder what horribly convoluted manual process they must have for this. Presumably a bunch of Excel spreadsheets held together with sticky tape and bits of string…

Mine finally landed yesterday.
I worked on an integration with flybuys a couple of years ago for a large e-commerce company.

Basically all transactions were recorded into our DB and then we had a batch job that would convert those transactions into a CSV file. We'd then drop that data into an FTP for flybuys to process and credit points for the customer. It was automated but it wasn't real time - worked off batches with varying schedules, hence why it can take weeks to credit.

We wanted to use direct API integration with flybuys but their endpoint couldn't handle our volume of requests as their system was very legacy (like many other airline back-ends). It's probably hasn't changed much since then.

Anyone seen May yet? I'm anxiously awaiting a handful to get me over the line for gold retention with a 30 June review date

This thread surely should be a rolling every month, "where's last month's status credits" ?
Would be great if the app would send notifications on the status credit drop.

Nothing here yet for May, no. Just checked and for the last two months mine have posted on the 22nd of the following month, so maybe tomorrow? I don't think they have ever been more than a whole month late, have they, so you *should* be fine for a 30 June review date. Even then if they are late you should be able to call up and get it sorted because the activity date will be end May, regardless of when they are processed.

Also only 6 months to go until -- like a stopped clock -- the title of this thread is accurate again.

Thanks. Mine have pushed out recently but the 21st is the latest I've seen.Screenshot 2023-06-21 113653.png

I have seen some people in the VFF (unofficial) FB group claim to have received May's...nothing for me so far.

I have May SCs. They were there a few days ago. Nothing for April - I was OS all month!
