Are you (in association with Etihad or someone else) currently building international lounges at SYD, MEL or any other Australian international port?

Both companies (EY and VA) have at various points been on the record as saying they will do this but no details have been forthcoming and there have been contradictory reports suggesting that work has started or that no location has yet been found.

So, what's happening?
