I deleted any that were no password but there are so many in there that are generic you don't know whether they are friend's or not - about 20 BT ones

Recently, more and more often I hear that Apple is improving iOS really well. Can you advise me whether I should switch to the iPhone now, because I was comparing the specifications here with my current phone oneplus-7-pro-vs-apple-iphone-12-pro , the iPhone, as far as I am concerned, looks better. What can you advise in my situation?
