I am having problems getting ANY points at all awarded under the IHG Business Rewards Program.
If I book 2 rooms I get full points on mine but don't seem to get the Business Reward booker points on the other room.
I create an EVENT. I link the booking but they don't post.
Stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Melbourne.. they referred me to IHG and then IHG referred me to the Hotel, end result = give up not worth chasing 5/600 points.
The website indicates that as long as an EVENT is created and the booking linked then the points should flow in 6 weeks or so etc
Has anyone else had problems ?
Am I doing something wrong ?
