Now the EDR website is down...was trying to look up their number to call them.IME, changing from banking to Qantas points often requires manual intervention to ‘unstick’ the points.

Tried what you described...but didn't work so now on hold to EDR listening to very annoying music!I’ve managed to “unstick” points transfers using the method mentioned earlier via the Rewards app.
Mine didn't auto transfer when I turned off Bank for Xmas at the start of October, however I soon ticked over another 2K Woolies Reward points and at that moment, the whole lot pushed over to Qantas. There’s an occasional bug where points build up and don’t auto transfer. The work around was switching to $s and then immediately back to QFF points. That usually works faster than Metamucil to move things alone.
I have a vague recollection that mine didn’t automatically transfer after turning off Bank for Xmas at the start of August. I must have used the same work around above?
It is optional.can I still decide whether or not I apply savings to a shop, or does it just apply it regardless?
I believe you can select how much (although this can confuse check out staff and/or who might not even offer you such an option). If I have multiples of $10 in credit, does it apply all that credit, or only one per shop? Thanks!
Money off your shopping
When your balance has hit 2000 Everyday Rewards points, you’ll have the option to enjoy $10 off your shopping^ in-store or online at Woolworths, Everyday Market from Woolworths, BWS, BIG W, MyDeal, Petstock, MILKRUN, the Everyday Rewards Shop and participating EG Ampol (operated by EG Australia)+ when you checkout. If you don’t choose to enjoy your savings, your Everyday Rewards dollars balance will be available to enjoy on your next or another future Eligible Shop^. You will be asked at the checkout how much you want to enjoy. You can choose to stagger your savings across shops, in multiples of $10 off.
Excellent - I'm always at a self-checkout or use Scan&Go, so no issues with staff messing it up; it'll only be me to blame! Seems like aside from the hassle of being asked each time you shop, this might be a more flexible means to store EDR points and then convert to QFF at intervals, if you decided to?It is optional.

Not relevant for you since you avoid the staff issue, but we have had some simply apply the discount without even asking. (I guess most take the $10 off and they think it saves time.)Excellent - I'm always at a self-checkout or use Scan&Go, so no issues with staff messing it up; it'll only be me to blame! Cheers,
