I was referring to this statement which I understood to say that a bank would be able to redraw funds which they may have paid in the final days. I do not believe that would be possible. Upon appointment of Administrators the game changes and they have wide ranging powers to claw back anything.you'd have to doubt the bank losing. I'd guess that the bank that paid the credit card amount less merchant fee has access to the account any refunds paid into.
