Well I have just had the first call for my assistance on a cruise ship.Fortunately no major problems seeing were sailing into the Labrador sea having just left Greenland.

I thought cruise ships tended to have their own doctor as part of staff? Though would depend on the size of the ship I guess!
 
But they knew I am a physician so I was called for a second opinion.Good to be of help.
