Is there a transfer desk in Terminal 1 KLIA

[I love to travel]

As the title suggests FIL only had luggage checked through but does not have boarding pass. He is not sure what to do?

He came from Adelaide on MH and going to Instabul on Turkish. He is currently sitting in priority pass lounge in main terminal. Thanks so much.

Yes, there should be a transfer desk in KLIA1. I haven't been through KLIA since COVID but I recall a transfer desk in the middle part of the satellite terminal (which is where your FIL should be in since he's in the PP lounge) for the different airlines. Was the original ticket issued by MH or TK?

The Satellite terminal is a circular building with 4 piers. I think the transfer desks are in the central circular bit.

Good luck. Hope he gets his boarding passes issued. At least his luggage is checked all the way through!

I will be flying MH domestic from Penang to KLIA and then Batik AIr international KL to Perth. with hand luggage only. Is there a Transfer Desk in transit area of KLIA where I be able to get my BP for the Batik/Malindo Air flight to Perth ?
