Hi, I just went into our ANA booking (Sydney to Haneda return) to add our passport details, but it brings up an error when I try to edit the page.

I am on hold with their call centre but it's been an hour and I have things to do.

Will there be any issues if I don't enter this information? I can't enter it online and can't seem to get through to anyone on a call.

Can we just show our passports at the airport or do I need to persevere with the call centre?

Thanks all!

If there is NO entry for passport details, it shouldn't be a problem - it can be done at the airport at check in.

But if there is currently wrong information there, you need to get it fixed ASAP.

There is a section to enter the details but we don't have any details in there. It says we need to enter it before we check in but the online portal won't allow us to enter anything.

But yes there's no incorrect info in there so that's good.

Yes, so the first thing the check in agent will ask for is the passport details etc before they can check you in.

OK great that's what I thought. Probably just can't check in online but that's ok since we have already selected seats etc.
