I attempted to redeem points for a Classic reward flight for 3 adults and 1 child from DCA to YYZ on 02Jul25 (Flight # AA5665), however when proceeding to input passenger information, the website needed inputs for 4 adults instead of 3 adults and 1 child as required.

When entering my son’s details for “Adult 4”his Date of Birth was rejected as he didn’t meet the minimum age.

This is happening for other flights departing the US.

I have raised this with Qantas.
