Has anyone had issues with the qantas website?

Since the last change, it has taken longer to load, and the FF login icon (top right) seems to be the last to load.
Often after logging in I get an error which takes me back to the home page.
Had issues also with the qantas app not allowing me to select a flight as it defaults back to its home page.

Rang 131313 they told me to look for 5 green ticks at the bottom of the webpage - have never seem anything like this.

Anyway had to get 131313 to waive the booking fee to make a booking which i would have done online otherwise.

The website was playing up a lot for me last week - I could login but clicking Your Bookings would redirect to qantas.com homepage and log me out. Has been fine this week though.

Had that same problem yesterday.

I've had this on and off over the last week. Usually, find that going back to the Qantas homepage shows I'm logged in, and I go forward from there.

Sometimes have to log in two or three times....

Yep.. annoying.

Just now, using IE, any attempt to get to FF account post login, my bookings etc just goes back to th ehome page. Works fine using Mozilla.

Was fine under IE the other day.

Work experience kids at it again.

I had the issue last week when logging in I couldn't access my account/flight details. Rather it would take me back to the homepage. It resolved itself in 24 hours and I rung it up to standard Qantas IT.

Their website is 'ok' in usability when it's working, but given the size of the company it's a joke how unuserfiendly it is. The app is good for checking in and getting boarding passes, but the fact you cannot fully manage bookings via the app is piss poor in 2017 (yes, I said 'current year').

I've seen user design students create a fantastic app for a bank as a project in a few weeks, can't see why Qantas struggle with this.

Are you part of the "two factor" trial group? (But don't know it yet!)

Very good point. That's a recent change for sure.

For me, no I'm not. It also seems to be post logging in that the problems occur that I've seen.

Also agree the app is absolutely fine - thank goodness as that's the main way I access stuff :)

Ive got the same and think the problem is therefore with the qantas.com side.

The 131313 crew do ask about that and i wonder if that becomes a basis to waive a booking fee?

"Ive got 5 green ticks and still cannot make an online booking" will be my mantra if I want to get a waiver

Cookies could be a problem, as it works fine in incognito mode, but not in my normal browser

If cookies are an issue clear all browsing date in settings and restart the browser and that should fix it

I dont think its cookies.

The 5 ticks seem relate to some other aspect of the browser software and its interaction with the qantas server. But agree that sometimes when nothing works a reboot is often the best solution.

Just deleted the cookies associated with qantas . com and it works fine for me now. But there may be different issues with different browsers, operating systems ect.
