Issues with Titanium pass?

Hey guys,

So I've got 2 Titanium passes which I want to link for a JQ35 flight to Bali in July.

Now when I select the lounge departure location.

I only get three options.. MEL QC, Dom J & Int J.

I'm under the impression that I can use these for the First Lounge on JQ? Has anyone had this issue?

Now here's the kicker, these Titanium passes are meant to be untransferable right?

Earlier this year I transferred a General pass to my partner and it sent a Titanium pass instead. So I have a feeling these passes might be glitched.

Does anyone have recommendations on how to approach this with Qantas? No luck so far with the call centre, getting different responses each time.

So this pass was actually a General pass but now shows as a Titanium pass?

This might be the same issue with P1 passes but I'm not sure. With P1 passes, you can use the F lounge but only on QF services. If you try to use it with JQ, you'll be limited to the J lounge only.

It is the same P1 passes issue with the Titanium passes. You cannot use them on JQ services. I have tried before and had it escalated, but no dice.
