A QF ticketed ex-Australia DCIR29SA is currently $12,199 AUD plus taxes.
I've not been to South America myself but regularly book ACIR22/26 fares for work travel. I find the best way is to use the OneWorld online planner to pick the flights you want to take, then call up QF and book over the phone. As far as I know there is no way to book these types of fares online.
I booked a circle pacific fare last year. It was about $2000 cheaper to book starting from Auckland due to the NZ dollar being 1.3 to Aussie dollar. Of course QF had a direct flight to LAX then. $200 fare to Auckland to connect.
It may be possible to book through LAN as they fly AKL to Santiago or book through QF or LAN to return to Oz as the first leg of your circle fare. Significant saving if you can be bothered taking the extra leg to Auckland.
Need help with finding a website that I can do a DCIR22 booking playing with pugging in various starting cities, pricing and calculating mileage.
See that HKG seems to be the cheapest but woud not rule staring from MNL.
Have tried searching but all seems to lead to a TA to be the ones to book it.
There's no web site that allows itinerary and pricing on the xCIRx fares that I'm aware of. Oneworld engine allows planning (as per post 2). There are reported successes booking via HKG by ringing CX ticketing there direct, but not done it myself.
