He really is very good. Wouldn't have known about him if it wasn't for the J class limo deal.

Wow, some of you guys pay a hefty premium for your drivers!

i got talking to the driver in Sydney who picked me up from the airport and drove me too St Leonards and he mentioned that the normal cost of that transfer wouldn't have been much more than a taxi. He said roughly $120 for the transfer in that vehicle..

That's about double the cost of a taxi, if not a bit more (I do this trip weekly in a pre-booked Silver Service taxi).

Melbourne CBD to the airport is anywhere between $80 and $200 one way - Depending on the type of car you require and who you book with

$200, maybe for a stretch! I pay $65 for my regular driver (who's a champion and incredibly reliable), and I'm pretty sure my colleagues who have been with him for longer pay $60. He's part of a much larger network and they all charge around the same.

Some crazy prices out there...
