And First saver as well on a 747.

I picked out J and then F then home in J and J.
Wow what a deal!
About 185,000 points and $650 odd of real money.

And First saver as well on a 747.

First Savers on 747 have always been available for redemption, being old F.
Savers have never been available on A345, being all new J.

F Savers in new F also available for SIN-HKG-SFO.

Unfortunately I have no trips planned - shame to miss out. :(

Thanks a lot for the heads up. EWR-SIN-SGN booked for Jan 2011 :D

Thanks for those posts.
I realised I just clicked on Standard in July so Saver is really excellent on the A345.
SFO and NYC are 2 of my favourites so my fingers are getting titchy just thinking about where to next.

Perhaps this is a permanent policy change and they'll start treating those J cabins the same as any other from this point forward. Maybe that'll mean being able to redeem in those cabins with other *A programs as well.

So cruiser elite what were the final costs in points and dollars for two?
Milan is a great place. Do you know if it the 98 seater all J class or is that only on the SIN-LAX route? I had trouble believing such a product existed!
I have to decide by 21st what credit cards to use this month so I am looking forward to your reply because Saver is really special on SQ!

Just booked 2 J Savers on 77W MEL-MXP for July 4 - gotta love that.

Good spot, looks like it is only valid on the SQ367/368 which are the new flights that continue on to GRU. Both F & J savers are available, no doubt this a glitch because of it being a new flight (I noticed the SIN-NRT-LAX flights had J savers available for a few days when they switched over to the A380 in their system) Get booking.

Well done - enjoy it won't you
Cruiser, Did you get the 77W on saver as well on the MEL-SIN legs?
No - looks like there is a change happening pre July which will see 77W disappear from MEL route.

Absolutely a glitch - Saver Awards not available on return leg SQ367 - looks like I might be walking back to MEL.

127,600pts + $650

Yeah no Savers on the way back currently. I dont have any need to go to Milan so yeah nice opportunity but not useful.

Congrats CruiserElite and Sethor.

F being F, I would go whY to SIN with cash, and used a saver F to MXP.

Enjoy.

I managed to use my Westpac Krisflyer voucher ended being 135,000 + $650 for 2 one way (PER-SIN-MXP) (J saver/F saver).

I thought the voucher could only be used for Y or J upgrade.
Well done on a good use of voucher and saver awards.
