Is the bed not a sloped flat bed?

And I guess it depends on your time of your departure. Overnight probably, day time probably not.

The Air Asia X bed seat does have an incline. Bit like the first incarnation of bed seats on QF way back when! But it sure beats sitting up all night.

I flew KL to London on Air Asia X last year in one of their bed seats. Arrived in London in much better condition than flying economy on QF and did it at the same price as QF Economy. Really annoyed that they are pulling out of the KL - London run.

Cannot see why other airlines can't use these lower cost bed seats.
 
On our Flounge run there was no lie flat beds on JQ8.

If you are talking JQ, does it not have something to do with their 332's up to EBK having a floor that is not re-inforced enough to handle the beds?
