Jetstar no longer selling Max bundle in Economy

Booking Jetstar on the Qantas website still has the max fare available but it would be more expensive most of the time.

Flight Centre seems to still sell the Starter Max fare but again seems a bit more expensive (especially with no Club Jetstar). Not sure how long will this last though.
How do you ensure you receive Qantas status credits on a Jetstar flight booked through Flight Centre?

Another example of QF loosing the plot, IMHO.
My point is that when QF are supposedly trying to rebuild their reputation and loyalty base, they are making all the wrong moves: devaluing (sorry, enhancing) status credit earn in JQ, introducing an underwhelming CR+ product, maintaining those o/s call centres, increasing fees for Qantas Club, etc., etc.

I'm finding it difficult to think of something they have done recently that has inspired me.
I wouldn't really say this is a QF enhancement in the same sense as many others. Realistically we were given some really ridiculous SC per $ earn rates that were far far better than QFs own. In some sense this is closer aligned yo ehat it should've been but now we're paying for roughly the same value in economy.

I mean earning nearly 300 SC for a return to JP from SYD/MEL on a sale promo deal had to be among the top earners before even with DSC.

They seem to have been. although Business Max doesn't look to have moved.

Last year I flew SYD-ICN on a JQ Business Max fare and it credited at the Business rate, which earns 125 status credits + 8,450 points. If you book this now on the Jetstar website, it says you'll earn 7,800 points which corresponds to the "Discount Business" rate in the Qantas and Jetstar earning tables.

The JQ website says it should be full Business, with no change dates provided, unlike the starter fares.

I'm not sure the booking engine is an authority.

The QF website still seems to show only Starter and Max for JQ international bookings.

Yep thanks Qantas, diluting points and halving SC benefit at 85% of the previous Max bundle cost....
Add the Jetstar fare price-gouging going on, the dilution in qantas premium cabin classic awards available (will soon be zero) and the laughable plus awards, then it's time to abandon QFF and it's new appalling CEO. I already have. Remember she was the previous CFO and most of Qantas' worst sins over recent years can be traced directly to her..... Krisflyer is the answer.

Myself and Mrs TY24 are flying return PER-DPS soon with a Max bundle we booked last year. Will we still get points + credits at flexible Y rates rather because we paid for the booking last year?

Yes. Any existing max bookings will still function like before.

It would seems the QFF service centre is not aware - they are telling me my max bundle booked in January which i flew last week is ineligible. Groan. Its like pulling teeth dealing with the call centre. Anything in writing in t&c’s that sats these pre june bundles still earn flex eco SC’s?

Did you get zero SC or did you get SC at the economy rate?

If it's the former forget the call centre and just lodge a missing points claim. If it's the latter then that's a new problem. Please let us know how you eventually resolve it.

Not T&Cs in particular, but bundles purchased prior to June 4 should get the inclusions specified here: https://www.jetstar.com/au/en/help/articles/jetstar-fares-and-bundles

Also the earning tables refer to purchases before and after June 4

After filling in the online claim form, there is a note on my transaction activity that says non earn class and 0 SC.

I have sent them the link from the Jetstar page above and been advised to wait 24 hours
