That's the best example of two faced biased 'journalism' I've seen in a while.

Two faced because I have no doubt these champagne socialist types like James Kirby would be one of these DYKWIA's that when checking in state "you can upgrade me to business class if you like" acting like they are the ones doing the airline a favour.

Biased because they totally ignore any other incident that happens to any other airline & totally mislead the public by exaggerating QF incidents way beyond what they are.

If that QF32 incident happened to some other airlines around the end result could have been a catastrophic loss of life.

Does he still fly Qantas? If he does it's hypocrisy beyond belief. If he has such disdain for the airline He should simply **** off & fly someone else. Problem solved.

If there was a "like" button I would click it for your post!

When I posted this I guess I imagined that it would get one or two people talking, so it's nice to see an open discussion going on. As for the truth to the article, all I can say about journalist are the never let the truth get in the way of a good story.
And Allan J, well Qantas is always asking us to feed back and maybe it would be good for him to be put in front of a group of FF, and let them give him some real world feedback, the other thing that I have to say, is the people who work at the coalface are in my opinion and on the hole are great, from the flight attendants who put up with our **** every day, to the checking staff. lets just hope that they listen to the people who pay their wage, and look after our airline we do not want to see Qantas being like AA or American.:mrgreen::mrgreen:
