Finally received the email from Jetstar 20 mins ago, and encountered same problems as everyone - booking could not be processed or website fell over!!!

Jetstar's booking engine is completely dead now for all flights, not just booking the specials.

Gotta love it when a company crashes their own revenue producing website (at a cost of $$$ per minute) to host a sale
