The lovely travel agents that work for my employer have booked me on KEF>JFK>EZE for price reasons I am assuming all in whY. I have a 4 hour layover in JFK and would like to try and make a positive experience of my trip home by getting some cheap american shopping in. I am looking to buy an ipod and some clothes which are very cheap compared to whats on offer in Argentina. I am a poor NB when it comes to status with Qantas because I am usually on discounted economy fares, I have 100,000 points which won't do me any good on the upgrade side of things. Is there a lounge for payment/restaurants/shops people can recommend to keep me entertained and make the most of my time? I would even attempt to pay for an upgrade if possible - I know my ticket on AA is in Y class. Any hints or advice to make the trip bearable would be greatly appreciated !
