Yes, when booking ... "dummy" or otherwise ... if you have the right status.
Thanks serfty

I will keep my fingers crossed that it does not change. The reports of more new aircraft on PER-MEL-PER rotations has me a little more confident. As long as I get one leg on the new plane I will be happy :)

I assume there's not much science currently that can be applied to working out if you're gonna get V1 vs. V2?

I'll be flying (fingers crossed on a flexi upgrading to J) on the A332 SYD-PER-SYD in late Sep, I'll probably have some flexibility about which flight I pick for my return... (Either way I'm sure both cabins will impress and amaze me!)

Virgin's J class coughs all over QF's on the transcon flights. I don't even consider QF for these flights anymore!

Thanks serfty

Starting today XFA is doing the 1730 departure from MEL to PER for the next couple of days. I say good that they leave it on a MEL rotation as less chance of it being in Sydney next week when I fly.

Yeah......leaves XFB just for you! ;)

(Unless it's in for the refurb)

Just had my work trip confirmed late next month, had the flights booked and put through the half price points upgrade both directions to J (or whatever class Velocity Business is) on the A330. (SYD-PER)

Happy. Days.

Would be nice to get one of the new birds, but whatever happens it'll be better than Y! Cheering!
