That's so cool!

What a great advertisement for the airline.

That is a great good news story. (Not sure about the dog on the food table though knowing where his paws have been).

Sorry but our experience with Schipol was not quite like that though courtesy of BA.Our luggage did not accompany us EWR-Orly last year.BA finally found it and flew it to Schipol to be delivered to the Marriott Amsterdam. They had a record of it leaving for AMS but none of arriving. Finally thanks to the fantastic concierge at the Marriott it was tracked to the Lost and Found at AMS.Just in time as it was to be shipped back to home in a few hours.Wouldn't deliver so we had to pick it up.The lost property office was extremely hard to find and their directions useless. No wonder a dog could do it better.

Great advertisement we need to work on it in Australia

You don't think advertisements of wealthy families with children who can jet home in business class from new York for a party are quite the same??

Over my head....

However it would be interesting to see QF try something similar. Far too many layabout kangaroos sucking off the welfare teat.

Put them to work I say!

Qantas tries to connect with us through advertisements of wealthy family reunions with the kids being able to jet home in the expensive luxury of business class.

KLM connects with us through a lost and found advertisement that probably 90 per cent of the population can identify with.

Cheers for the clarification. I never really pay attention to airline ads.
