KLM - paying for bags

I need to book a KLM flight BUD-AMS, and it appears from the website that standard KLM economy tickets don't even include any baggage? When did KLM go so LCC? What a joke.

Don't they all employ variations on this today in EU? Seems KLM don't have option of luggage fares, but the intro fares on BA, LH, SK, LX, IB all seem to not include baggage. Australia definitely is the standout in the western world as far as all inclusive carriers go. The rest are in the race to the bottom.

When did KLM go so LCC?

April 2013 I think they started charging.
