I'm trying to redeem flights on KF to Europe for 4 x pax in Business.

I occasionally get an error that says 'Due to a system limitation, the flights for the origin and destination you have selected cannot be displayed.'

Does anyone know why? Is it the date/origin selection? Or is it because i'm searching for 4 x pax which won't always be available?

Error appears to happen more often on mobile, but also via web browser.

TIA

Are you trying to book 355 days out? It consistently does it for me on the very last day of availability that shows on the calendar.

As far as I can work out it's because system thinks the connection would push the booking past 355 days, even where it doesn't and both segments were available separately. Pretty annoying when space in an out of Australia is so limited and you need to wait an extra day to book and by that time a segment may be gone.

Do you get it when searching for earlier dates?

You probably need to look at splitting up into 2 groups of 2 on differnet flights if you want all Saver availability. Or 2x Saver and 2x Advantage is more possible on the same flight.

I was having the same issue. It is quite frustrating to watch availability sit there for 2 days before you can book it! However, I did manage to get the flights ticketed by calling the SQ call centre. The agent insisted on searching for Europe to Aus which gave him the same error I was seeing online, but when I asked him to search for the two flights separately he was able to piece them together on the same ticket. It took over an hour and we had a bit of back and forth over whether the ticket should be ~130k miles or the sum of the individual sectors but it eventually got sorted and thankfully I have a confirmed ticket!

Thanks both. That's exactly what's happening. I'll try jacks suggestion and call up when I'm closer to being ready to book.
