KrisFlyer phone booking nunber

Hi,

I am trying to book some Copa airlines awards using KrisFlyer miles. But they aren’t searchable on the website so need to phone book. Whenever I call through they say I’ve gotten through to the wrong department despite me clicking the option for award bookings. They then say their award team is busy and will call me back. But they never do.

Anyone got a proper number I should be phoning for this?

Yep. And I follow the prompts to the award booking department.

Anyone had experience phone booking awards? I will be overseas for some time when I actually need to book so won’t have a number for them to call me back on.

Since start of the pandemic I just call their Singapore (‭+65 6789 8188‬) or their US (‭+1 (312) 843-5333‬) number directly.

Every time! And within a few seconds (a minute or two max)

That's certainly not helping me! If I call the 02 number or the +65 number and select the Krisflyer redemption option from the menu it still takes me to a 'commercial agent' who can't help. They tell me this after they take all the details of the proposed changes and even though I start the call by asking 'Can you help me with an award booking?'. They will always go off for several (completely silent) minutes looking for a 'redemption agent' but never come back with one.
