Went to bed last night seeing the post on ViewFromTheWing... was too tired to action upon it. You snooze you lose I suppose!

But I think I'm going to dump the Velocity eStore and see how many work supplies I can buy through ebay! ;)

Ditto x 2 :( and :)

There was numerous errors that have now been fixed - I doubt KF will honour anyone that did get in in time.

Some retailers were offering 77,000 points!!
KF have a pretty good record on honouring things, I suspect they will offer something. However I must admit I saw it too but didn't really act quick enough!

My Kris points have failed to post after DM purchase. Have had to fill out missing points claim.... Not impressed
Think I like Burmans idea better. Have just bought a WISH card at 5% off

Actually I cant claim credit, I think the idea was first posted by Shintaro10x or markis10. Just shows how good we are all at sharing.

Is that failed to credit to your account or the transaction failed to appear as pending? I notice in the FAQ that the merchant has upto 90 days to confirm the transaction. I had a similar experience in that past when I bought something from the virgin estore but the miles did eventually arrive.

Still not even showing as pending, as of today. So that's 5 days after I notified. I'll be in Suites in 87 days so the points will post while I'm away, hopefully.....

Has anyone noticed Travelmob is offering 701,828 KF points - per booking? per what? per $700,000 worth of travel?
They have rooms available in Oz capitals for $200 per night. What the?

Made a purchase through Interflora, received an email (from KF) confirming my purchase 24 hours later :)

A good start, except they (Interflora) delivered the flowers a day early !

FAIL

eBay used to be 19 miles right? It's 9 per 10 USD now.

I was wondering if anyone knows if Aussies can purchase from Zinio and get the points. It just says US on the spree website so does that mean only US transactions count? I have been thinking about getting some magazines but if there are no bonus points I would rather spend my money on other things. I tried to look on the Spree website but it doesn't say anything. I tried Contact Us but that's only for points that failed to get credited to your account.

Maybe I should contact Zinio?

Thanks

So the Microsoft store is now 32 miles per 10 USD. I swear it was 19 before. I'm guessing the tag icon means the store is offering bonus points? Well, it's good news if you're preordering the Surface 3 from their website ;).

On another note, I managed to score some bargains at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale and my Krisflyer points for that transaction are pending. It sure doesn't beat point earning through flying, credit card bonuses etc., but if I'm buying something it's nice to get something back from it. Therefore, I guess I will be doing most of my Christmas and birthday shopping through the Krisflyer Spree website and if I can't find a website that I want to use (e.g. Ralph Lauren) it will probably be on the US Airways etc. shopping websites.
