Lack of Qatar reward seats on Qantas

I just read an AFF newsletter about the lack of Qatar airways availability, I am trying to get something in first class from DOH/ DXB to WAW

Does anyone know if this is due to the new VV partnership?

Qantas is showing availability with EK when searching for 1 person but not when 2, when I called the call centre after a long wait I was told there was no availability in First. I am wondering if this is a release if not sold?

Basically takes away the only reliable award flights as an option. Still nothing coming up this year at all. Gutted.

I think Qatar only has first class on its A380, and they don’t use those to WAW
