I got a confirmation email after I'd done the three fill-ups for this offer, and if I recall correctly, it gave 25/01 (today!) as the day by which I would receive the 1600 bonus points. I didn't yet have them as of a couple of hours ago.

I also received the confirmation email after my 3rd fill up but nothing after the 4th which I thought they might have sent.
No mention of a specific date in the email either, just the allow approx. 3 weeks.
I would expect to see them before the 28th as that would be 4 weeks after the 31st December

Still waiting on the 1600 bonus points to post to my account from the November offer, it did say in the T&C allow approx. 3 weeks.....

I just tried posting to Velocity on the feedback form to follow it up, and got a message that the form couldn't be processed......

Now 4 weeks after the end of the promo and nothing has shown on my account.
Might have to send them a calendar highlighting the 21st and 28th and how long 3 weeks or approx. 3 weeks is before it becomes 4 weeks

Yeah, I am in exactly the same position. Email after the 3rd fill. 6 eligible fills and still waiting for the points. Wondering if this should be raised with Velocity or BP......

My 1,600 points were in my account this morning. They were posted separately as 200, 200 and 1,200 alongside the eligible fill ups with an activity date of 2 Feb.

I just checked my account again and still nothing...... NOTHING

Mine turned up today. The 1200 points are credited with an activity date of 18 December and a process date of 3 February.

1,600 pts hit Mrs NoNames Account this afternoon (I never receive BP offers for some reason).

I take it they are processing them in batches and maybe this is why some are hitting accounts sooner than others and also later in the day.
